This Friday / Saturday looking at doing some ribs and chicken.

Hi mate. This is from Saturday, I smoked a brisket. One thing not to do is get drunk too early and not put the water tray on unbalanced. I topped it up about 5 hours in and the whole tray fell onto the briquettes. Managed to save the brisket and it was all good though.

I may have to look into that. What brand is the charcoal and is it any good ? Also, any other decent bbq stuff / meat in there ?

Are you thinking that’s expensive ? I thought it was compared the the £5 for 5kg for the big k it sure is.

On the weekend and I am using big k briquettes. I have been looking online and penfuel briquettes keep coming into my mind. They are called hog fuel. Can anybody rep these for me please ? Thanks guys.

I have actually got a pro q cap 😂 recently been looking a pellet smokers and when I make the purchase it will be a traeger.
