Hi Simon Thanks looking forward to all the advice.Bet you have your hands full with a 2 and a half year old bless him. My little one does sleep thank god ! but he is into everything so should be fun. Being a total novice to the smoking side going to take awhile I think. Still cant decide on my new bit of Kit am on the verge of buying a weber master touch as it seems like a good place to start.

Thank you guys. Hi Wade,I catch allot of Sea bass but at the moment there is a limit on the catch, so I mainly target bream, plaice, golden grey mullet which is stunning, gurnard,pollock, ballan wrasse,Mackrel,Sea trout and of course salmon loads really, lol just finding the time to get out and catch them is a bit difficult with a 7 month old at the moment, LOL. Hi newbee here, stumbled across the site looking for info on low and slow bbq'ing . Bit about me I love the outdoors and being where I live there is allot of it, especially the fishing which I often grill but would love to be able to smoke it properly. I love bbq food and fell in love with it from going to florida and louisiana big game fishing hence the name tarpondrew. By the looks of it this site is the place for advice and help.
