I emailed la hacienda pictures of the damage on mine, which was much less than yours judging by the picture. They responded saying they would not be willing to say anything other than get it replaced as it wasn’t “sound” and they couldn’t guarantee how it would react to heating/cooling. I’m now waiting for the replacement to arrive. With hindsight I think they were being overly cautious. Based on the high volume that are being delivered damaged, and advice on here from people who clearly know what they are talking about, if the next one arrives with the same level or less of damage I will be keeping it. That said, the damage on yours looks very visible and even if I was sure it would function correctly forever I think I would want it replaced. At the end of the day, despite being cheap for what they are, it’s still 350 quid.
