Afternoon people, Stuart from rainy Chesterfield.. Not been BBQing/Smoking for tooo long but got busier this past year as I try and turn a hobby into a business... Pork > Beef.... I love a good shoulder .. or belly! Interested in getting into competition judging, appiled to judge at Maldon fire & smoke before I'd sorted training, a bit cart before horse I suppose, so any training information you guys have would be gratefully received!
