Hi folks paul here from sunny angus ! althp away with work at moment in a thailand ? Only new to stuff other than burgers and grilling .... now have a WSM. A small mini drum portable with rotiessere and a horizontal drum style from Argos for grilling . altho newbie to this ive hunted for 17 years or so . I now butcher all my own sourced game, venison rabbit pheasant etc ..... burgers sausages etc diced mince etc etc move nearly converted my double garage to a larder & butchery set up & end goal is to get passed by my local environmental health then start small part time business selling various guises of game . to date all I've done in WSM is pulled pork overnite, a heap of chicken wings and PBBE ? Hope thosnos as good as the Facebook bumch paul
