Hi. Apart from cooking the odd burger and stwak on the gas grill i never really got into the outdoor cooking game. Now just having purchased a uds from Gareth at Hog Heaven I have just finished eating my 1st ever home smoked ham with a cinamom and ginger rub cooked over applewood.
I can safely say I am now converted. I have seen the error of my ways and seen the light. Hallaluaeh.
