Evening all,
thinking of having a go at smoking after tasting some outstanding ribs, wings and brisket, cooked by a friend of a friend a couple of weeks back......so after several ciders and a couple of hours chat about the dark art of smoking I had the seed firmly planted in my mind.
so i've been trying to do my homework and stumbled accross this forum.
Not wanting to go too mad on the cost of a smoker to start with, i'm thinking of going with a Callow. (rather than a cheaper £40 job off amazon)
just wondered if this will be suitable or if there's anything else out there for the same sort of money??
