New to the forum and hoping to learn. I’m attempting my first brisket on a Traeger Ironwood 885 this weekend.
Got this little (~2Kg) rolled brisket from Costco last night.
Any and all help and advice greatly received.
Digging up old (ish) threads. Just got myself a Ironwood 885. Loving it so far. Done Chicken, Pulled pork and ribs. Also slow roasted a beef joint with roast potatoes - including "smoking" some pre-made Yorkshires. :)
