Hi Peeps, Convinced I was going to get a ProQ Frontier, but now might go WSM 45cm.... Anyway, my question is either or, should I go large? 57cm/50cm opposed to 45/43cm I have a large family (5 sons, spouses and grand/great-grand children) but we only all get together as a unit maybe twice a year. However, its me and the wife week in week out and maybe one or two of the boys (they live local).... So, when they are all here I would need the bigger but would that be useable for just me and wifey? Any advise would be welcome. Cheers Mick

Hi all, Relatively new to 'low & slow' and so far I have been using a Weber kettle with some success (baby back ribs, whole chicken etc). I have decided to get myself a standalone 'smoker' and have more or less decided on a ProQ, I also looked at the Weber Smokey Mountain but after reading many reviews I have decided on the former. So here I am looking for tips and advice etc. Cheers Mick
