Doesn’t appear to be however it was ripped slightly on delivery but nothing other than that . Iv spoken to Globaltic they have asked me to do a video when I next light it

Took at least 20 mins last night before I even got a glow normally takes about 3 mins

Hi got some globaltic birch charcoal, I found it took a hell of a long time to light and get going even struggled with the looflighter . Am I missing something here or do you need some special fluid for it ? using it on a Kamado joe thanks in advance
