Hi guys just bought myself the aldi kamado and looking forward to start my bbq journey never really bbq’d other than disposable ones with friends. probably will have some questions in due course. Any good threads on starting out with a kamado? I live in Wakefield West Yorkshire does anyone know where supplies decent charcoal or is it best to order from an online supplier? What are the essentials people suggest. thanks in advance. jb
