    Any advice? also I’ve got my new Pitboss which I’m loving! I’ve been cooking with the same pellets and rub (as I’ve been doing pork mainly) which is good but I’d like to know, is the main flavour coming from the smoke or the rub...thanks

    Hi, I’ve just bought a new pellet smoker and there is loads to learn about smoking on a pellet smoker..are there any experts/classes that I can tap into..don’t really want a a video would rather pay and talk to someone and get some lessons..I’ve been BBQing for 20 years and want to get to grips with smoke..I could read all online but happy to pay and pick someone brains!
