    Hi I am a new Smoker, (not as in cigarettes, gave that up in 2004 ). Brought a Traeger last year in August and have enjoyed smoking-cooking even more since my purchase. Have done Pulled pork-Steaks and last weekend my first Brisket. And have a few at work with the same interest. And pointed me in this direction with other people with the same interest.
