Hi and thanks for letting me join. I'm based in Jersey in the Channel Islands and have been Gas BBQing and coal/gas Smoking for years. Little bit of cold smoking also especially local scallops. Very loyal to weber (not sure if thats good or bad thing!) and recently ditched the smoker and genesis and changed to a smokefire. Think i have solved all the teething problems now and really enjoying it. Recently made my first batch of bacon which went down really well.
