Hi all,
I'm a total newbie to smoking — I only completed my first smoke this weekend (two racks of spare ribs).
A proud owner of a 57cm Weber Smokey Mountain (it really seemed like the most pragmatic choice in the UK).
But, of course I'm very much at the beginning of my journey and learning the ropes.
Hopefully, I'll be able to glean some invaluable knowledge from the experienced folk here and pass on anything I uncover myself!
