HUMPHREY'S BUTCHERS We are a traditional family butchers with shops in Saffron Walden, Braintree, Bury St Edmunds and Bishops Stortford. As lovers of great food and cooking, our priority is sourcing quality suppliers. Paul Humphrey and generations of his family before him were regulars at the local cattle markets. Along with grazing his own cattle, this has given Paul a keen eye for what makes great meat. With very few livestock markets in operation, nowadays Paul visits the local farmers and small abattoirs in our area to find out traditional breeds and the very best meat.
