    We take British meats and cook them the true American way which means our BBQ pitmasters work around the clock to ensure the 'cue we serve when our doors open is the best you will find - it takes nearly 48 hours of loving care and attention to perfect each of our smoked meat cuts

    Our recipes have won awards at the Jack Daniels Invitational BBQ contest in Tennessee. That's a big deal. We are dedicated to creating and serving the very best BBQ, smoked low 'n' slow on site daily in our imported hardwood burning smokers. So now you don't need to fly 4,925 miles to eat the real deal

From our imported American smokers (tucked-away around the back) to our award-winning executive chef our focus is on serving authentic flavours in a relaxed, fun and informal atmosphere. We don’t stand on ceremony, in fact, we smoke it and serve it as a snack!
