If you have no time to smoke food, then a smokey Flavour can be added from the sauce. Store bought sauces, Empty sauces into containers, the greater the surface area the better. Smoke over Oak (or your favourite wood) for four hours - stir every hour while it is smoking to increase smoke flavour throughout the sauce. The sauces will need to be refrigerated after smoking.
